1. Membership Terms

1.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to all professional drivers in India who meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid driving license
• Have at least one year of professional driving experience
• Agree to abide by the association's code of conduct

1.2 Membership Fees

Annual membership fee of ₹500 is applicable. Fees are non-refundable except in special circumstances at the discretion of the management.

1.3 Rights and Privileges

Members are entitled to:

• Access to all association services and programs
• Participation in association events
• Voting rights in general meetings
• Eligibility for association benefits and schemes

1.4 Responsibilities

Members must:

• Maintain valid driving license and other required documents
• Abide by traffic rules and regulations
• Inform association about any changes in contact details
• Pay membership fees on time

2. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to maintain high standards of professional behavior:

• Treat all road users with respect
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain their vehicles in safe operating condition
• Avoid substance abuse while driving
• Represent the association positively in public

3. Services and Benefits

3.1 Legal Assistance

The association provides legal support for cases related to professional driving. This service does not cover personal legal matters unrelated to driving.

3.2 Health Camps

Regular health check-up camps are organized for members. Priority may be given to members with longer tenure in special circumstances.

3.3 Training Programs

Skill development programs are offered periodically. Members must register in advance and may be subject to selection criteria for specialized training.

4. Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated for the following reasons:

• Violation of traffic laws resulting in serious offenses
• Misconduct that brings the association into disrepute
• Non-payment of membership fees for more than six months
• Provision of false information during registration

5. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing services to our members. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The All Driver Welfare Association is not liable for:

• Any personal injury or property damage occurring during association events
• The outcome of legal cases where assistance is provided
• Any financial losses incurred by members

7. Amendments

These terms and conditions may be amended periodically. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
