Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
To request a refund, members must:
Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of approval.
Refunds for training program registrations will be issued as follows:
Health camp registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible member with prior notice.
Donations made to the association are non-refundable as they are considered voluntary contributions towards our welfare activities.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If this is not possible, a check or bank transfer will be issued.
Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process after approval. International refunds may take longer depending on banking procedures.
The association reserves the right to consider refunds in special circumstances not covered by this policy on a case-by-case basis.
