Refund Policy

1. Membership Fees

1.1 General Policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Payment made for incorrect membership category
  • Death of the member before utilizing any services

1.2 Refund Process

To request a refund, members must:

  • Submit a written request within 15 days of payment
  • Provide proof of payment
  • State the reason for refund request

Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of approval.

2. Event Registrations

2.1 Training Programs

Refunds for training program registrations will be issued as follows:

  • 100% refund if cancelled 15+ days before program
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before program
  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before program

2.2 Health Camps

Health camp registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible member with prior notice.

3. Donations

Donations made to the association are non-refundable as they are considered voluntary contributions towards our welfare activities.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If this is not possible, a check or bank transfer will be issued.

5. Processing Time

Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process after approval. International refunds may take longer depending on banking procedures.

6. Special Circumstances

The association reserves the right to consider refunds in special circumstances not covered by this policy on a case-by-case basis.
